Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, applying for a role, or otherwise using the Safari platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts are for individual use; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Applications and accounts

When you apply or register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including any CV or documents you upload. Submitting an application does not guarantee engagement, employment, or any specific outcome. Safari may accept, decline, or close applications at its discretion.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, work, and information you submit. You grant Safari a limited licence to store and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service (reviewing applications, managing engagements, and delivering work to the relevant business). You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours, no automated scraping, no uploading malware, and no using the Service to harass others or violate any law.

6. Engagements and contracts

Specific work engagements, fees, and deliverables are governed by separate agreements between you and Safari (or the relevant business). These Terms govern your use of the platform itself, not the commercial terms of any individual engagement.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to Safari.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Safari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
